Director Of Finance And Administration

The director’s first responsibility is to the operator to set goals for profitability of the business, and taking ownership in the restaurant having a growth mindset. This individual monitors the level of communication between the directors and other leadership for adequacy. The director must ensure that the relationship among the teams is healthy and strong. Partnering with the operator to protect the safety and security of the restaurant, the director must fully understand all the risks facing the business and be passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect Chick-fil-A. Serves as the primary point of contact with visiting Operators and leadership teams.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Co-creates with operator the long-term vision for profitability
• Leading and overseeing the coordination of all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensures customer satisfaction at all times
• Engages in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
• Drives financial performance and provides feedback to leadership and suggest operational
actions required to achieve financial targets
• Oversees organization and maintenance of back office
• Strategizes with the Director of Quality to monitor food cost and manage waste
• Partners with the Directors of H.R. and Training to recruit & select world-class team members
