We are hiring a Sr. Director of B2B Marketing for our Austin, Texas office who will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer.


The candidate will play a critical role in Rev’s success by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to expand our customer base, drive lead generation, and increase customer engagement.


The candidate will own the entire end-to-end (ideation, execution and reporting) of B2B marketing initiatives, develop & optimize programs for lead generation, partner marketing, and customer success.


As a Senior Director of B2B Marketing at Rev, you will:


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Develop and execute lead generation programs, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing tactics to drive high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and engage with existing customers to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns and events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences, to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the B2B market, ensuring Rev’s value proposition is effectively communicated to our target audience.
  • Build a high performing team that helps accelerate Rev’s growth with enterprise customers.
  • Develop compelling content marketing strategies that position our company as a thought leader in the AI SaaS space, creating educational content that resonates with potential and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the executive team to define the B2B marketing strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team.


Qualifications


  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing targets
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience collaborating with high performing marketing and sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in marketing SaaS products with large enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices, lead generation strategies, and sales funnel optimization
  • Ability to understand buyer personas and align creative content and integrated marketing campaigns to an overall marketing strategy
  • Passion for innovation and a keen interest in AI and technology trends
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proven success developing go-to-market motions across market segments with a focus on product marketing
