Job Description

Sock Club is looking for a Manager - B2B E-Commerce to help us take our SEM/SEO, PPC, paid social, and programmatic strategy to the next level. This is a unique position primarily focused on B2B (custom.sockclub.com). Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide expertise on e-commerce best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate e-commerce principles.
  • Manage e-commerce marketing channels, including Google, social media, search, affiliates, and influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth.
  • Track and measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement new strategies.
  • Oversee customer experience, including design, content, navigation, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the B2B e-commerce platform.
  • Direct and manage internal and external partner teams.
  • Analyze and recommend strategies to drive profitability, increase visitors, improve conversion rates, and manage margin performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, AI-assisted search, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data and implement new strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technologies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (knowledge of Hubspot a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting test results (strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets required, Looker Studio a plus)
  • Proven business judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Experience in developing and growing digital B2B brands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

 

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
