Position Overview:

Your role will be crucial in achieving our growth targets while delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Decision Maker Engagement: Establish meaningful connections with key decision-makers in target organizations. Utilize your industry expertise to position our wooden pallet solutions as valuable assets to their operations.
- Territory Development: Pave the way for our market entry into the Dallas metroplex. Develop strategies to penetrate the industrial packing solutions market within this region.
- Engaging Presentations: Present your insights and solutions in engaging ways, showcasing how our offerings align with the operational requirements of potential customers.
- Training and Development: Undergo a comprehensive 6-week training program in Silsbee, Texas, fully funded by the company. Gain in-depth knowledge of our wooden pallet products and refine your sales techniques.
- Customer Expectation Management: Maintain open lines of communication with clients to exceed their expectations. Ensure their needs are met thoroughly and consistently.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with existing customers, proposing additional solutions that cater to their evolving needs.
- Presentation Mastery: Develop compelling presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Craft persuasive proposals that resonate with clients' needs.
- Order Acquisition: Take the lead in driving the sales process to secure initial orders from new clients. Utilize your industry knowledge to negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
- Industry Expertise: Once trained, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of industrial shipping solutions to pinpoint potential B2B customers within the Dallas metroplex. Utilize your expertise to connect with businesses that can benefit from our diverse range of products.

Qualifications:
