MGA Homecare specializes in providing private duty nursing, personal care services, and therapy to the medically complex population. We deliver high-quality care in the home and community-based setting, the setting which is the lowest cost to the payers. We aim to be the employer of choice and the partner of choice to referral sources, state government agencies, and health plans. We currently provide care in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, Washington, and Tennesee with a plan to grow into new states and markets.

We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our San Antonio Team! Please note, that this is not an HR role. This position sits on our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of finding qualified healthcare professionals to place in the homes of families with medically fragile children.

You can't be intimidated by talking on the phone and building relationships with people; you must be willing to make a lot of calls and handle some rejection.   • Perform full-spectrum recruiting, from initial screening to management in the field
  • Use major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) referrals, and warm calling to find and attract talent
  • Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
  • Provide outstanding customer service to MGA's clients and job seekers
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines

Qualifications
  • Sales, recruiting and healthcare experience preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks and a willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
