CornerStone Technology Talent Services is looking for a Technical Recruiter in Dallas/Fort Worth. This is a full time direct-hire opportunity!

Location: DFW (Mid-Cities), TX

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate not only respects their work but also values their peers in the business. They should adhere to self-discipline and best practices, ensuring cohesive, diligent, and clear communication that leaves no room for doubt. The primary focus of this role is tech recruiting, and the candidate should have a proven track record of qualifying job orders, conducting effective searches, and hitting the ground running from day one. Passion for the recruiting profession is a must!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prioritize candidate experience and ensure a positive and professional recruitment journey.
  • Utilize Boolean searches, job boards, and other relevant tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct tech recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with VPs and other high-level professionals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Understand and interpret metrics related to the recruitment process and use them to improve performance.
  • Document all interactions and candidate details in the CRM/ATS system.
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding and the ability to articulate it effectively.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
  • Engage in phone calls, post job listings, and present candidates to clients.
  • Ensure daily communication with the team to stay updated on progress and coordinate efforts.
  • Qualify job orders and set up effective searches for tech positions.
  • Embrace continuous learning and share knowledge with the team.
  • Work independently with self-discipline while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Requirements:


  • Business casual attire with the ability to dress formally for client meetings and interactions.
  • Willingness to work in a centrally located mid-cities office in DFW up to 4 days a week.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for tech jobs across different functions, such as functional, technical, infrastructure, and application development.
  • Proficiency in using Boolean searches, job boards, and CRM
  • Experience in agency tech staffing, preferably with exposure to retail staffing.
  • Familiarity with full-time, contract, and temporary staffing.
  • Willingness to run a full recruiting desk.
  • Demonstrated ability to use office equipment, navigate a computer, typing, and necessary business tools.
