Requirements to be Successful:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to have professional conversations with highly skilled technology leaders
  • Experience filling Contract and Contract to Hire positions
  • 2+ years of IT/Technical recruiting experience


Responsibilities:

  • Screening technical candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Performing job and task analysis, documenting job requirements and objectives for a given role being worked on.
  • Sourcing and recruiting IT candidates by using any means necessary (databases, social media, etc.).
  • Develop an understanding of technical job requirements, including consultation with the client or client-facing colleagues to fully understand the client’s needs, technology, team culture, and hiring objectives.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact and building influential and long-lasting candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Conducting calls, electronic communication, talent searching, and expanding your network daily across multiple platforms
  • Creating and updating technical job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Preparing IT recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/social platforms/etc.
