Strong people management, customer/user service and communication skills.

3 years of experience in an operations role with a professional services firm, software, or technology-based company.

3 years of experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.

3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

3 years of experience with executive level reporting, KPIs and data analytics.

Salary: competitive base salary of $57,000 plus an uncapped bonus

Salary: competitive base salary of $67,000 plus an uncapped bonus

Provide staffing support for various client accounting and finance positions

Conduct, lead and manage consulting engagements to ensure exceptional client service.

Assist in planning of consulting engagement including identification of tasks, responsibilities, and timeline.

CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of public accounting and/or industry experience

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Knowledge of or experience in broader operations functions (i.e. HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Cybersecurity)

Show strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment

Evaluate the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision and de-risk their operating environment

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Manage a pipeline for the deliverables and provide accurate forecasting and end-to-end sales support to delivery

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience

Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic & planning discussions

Leads consulting initiatives and contributes to closing engagement by identifying potential opportunities with Bank, Processors, Merchants, FinTechs.

Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges.

Lead EPAM strategic engagements in planning, selecting, and optimizing offerings that map a client’s vision & requirements to solutions

Lead, model and support the continued evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches

Practical experience capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions

Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills

Business transformation and/or cost optimization experience

Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies to transform a client’s business

Advancing S2N’s systems for project, knowledge and relationship management

Structuring analytical approaches and managing S2N consulting teams

Forming and fostering strong relationships with S2N clients

Devising and facilitating team and client brainstorms and strategy sessions

Representing S2N in industry events and mentoring start-ups in the community

Helping recruit and train new S2N consultants
