The Business Data Analyst at LLH Consulting LLC is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help drive informed business decisions and improve overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.

3. Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue optimization.
6. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to different stakeholders.
7. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide support for business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience in creating meaningful visualizations.
