The goal is to ensure that our marketing operations will engage our customers and outperform our competition.

Responsibilities

·Studying client company operations to understand its marketing needs.

·Studying consumer profiles and behaviors to provide targeting and communications insights.

·Assisting in conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.

·Assisting in developing and implementing a marketing strategy according toobjectives and budget.

·Guiding and managing client campaigns’ logistics, scheduling and resources.

Qualifications

• Base level knowledge - interest in marketing
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Communication (oral and written) and some presentation skills (to be developed further)
• Ability to think through problems strategically and analytically, aptitude for problem-solving
• Proficient in MS Office to include WORD / EXCEL / PowerPoint and ideally a project management software
• A BSc/BA (or near completion) is required in marketing, communications, business or relevant field (MSc/MA a plus). Quantitative degrees may fit with the role as well.
• Ability in writing (needed to assist in developing proposals and reports)

A Consulting Coordinator does everything from administrative tasks to studying markets, consumers and companies to understand client business needs. They also research industry trends and commercial opportunities. The ideal Consulting Coordinator would be someone who possesses the ability to “roll up their sleeves” demonstrate good writing and communication skills. They are well organized and bring those skills to the workplace. They are curious and able to “drive” to uncover insights and achieve results.

They have the opportunity to take on roles earlier than in other organizations and learn from senior executives well versed in the discipline.
