Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior associates and directors with a variety of client related tasks in execution.
• Thoroughly investigate key executives, CEOs, and board members, tracking their work history and performance.
• Curate and generate informative materials to be presented internally and with clients.
• Compile research, with a specialized focus on diligently identifying and summarizing potential M&A opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive research on both public and private companies, encompassing analysis of data from company presentations, financial statements, earnings calls, press releases, and various other credible sources.
• Deliver well-structured presentations during internal company meetings, presenting the findings of the research with clarity and professionalism.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and assess competitors in the industry, diligently monitoring their relative performance and strategic developments.
