Identify process or system improvements, work with management and other teams to implement recommended changes.

3 years of experience in an operations role with a professional services firm, software, or technology-based company.

3 years of experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.

3 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

3 years of experience with executive level reporting, KPIs and data analytics.

Strong project management experience, comfortable managing and prioritizing under tight timelines

Ensure adherence to firm processes (legal, financial, project management, people)

Coordinate and facilitate discussions by pursuit teams, providing project management support, and acting in a leadership capacity throughout the pursuit process

Overall Consulting/Practice Management and Operations

Monitor the sales pipeline, coordinating with lead owners to ensure follow-through and identify support requirements

Facilitate communication including practice and offering area meeting schedules, agenda development, and other connectivity points

Act as a highly motivated seller/doer with group management experience

Experience working closely with senior management and operations to develop pursuit strategies for perspective projects is required.

Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability developing and delivering effective presentations to customers and management is required.

Experience evaluating market competitors, assessing client requirements, and developing strategy to successfully secure awards is required.

Prior experience/knowledge of the New England market/clients is required.

Support the Regional Manager with staffing, growing, and diversifying NE Region revenue and client base.

Strong project management capabilities, collaboratively coordinating with firm and practice area and segment leadership, Marketing and Business Development teams

Organic growth planning and management

Coordinate internal education/awareness to support delivery/sales teams’ awareness of new offerings

Serve as internal resource hub/curator of content related to HRC and MSSO offerings and experience

Coordinate discussions by pursuit teams, providing project management and content support throughout the pursuit process

Maintain and enhance established offerings, incorporating changing needs/market context

A Bachelors degree and 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a federal consulting environment

Strong quantitative, analytical and Excel skills; PowerBI a plus

Experience with Unanet highly desirable

Experience communicating and collaborating assertively with leaders and other colleagues.

Maintaining accuracy of staffing forecasts and project budgets according to sales and project lifecycle stages

Creating weekly, monthly and ad hoc dashboard reports to support business analysis

Responsible for interview stakeholders and develop business requirements, track approvals and transition to KP IT for ongoing solution options.

Manages release activities within waterfall and agile methodologies

One (1) year experience working on cross-functional project teams

One (1) year experience performing vulnerability assessments of IT tec

Accountable for translating and communicating technical solutions into non-technical objective details for business stakeholders

Responsible for repository in keeping track of project information and documents.

1-3 years of experience, ideally in management/strategy consulting, sales & marketing operations/strategy, commercial go to market, or business operations/strategy.
