About This Role

Zoom is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join our award-winning and dynamic-legal team. This role is a great opportunity for a lawyer with a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and an ability to thrive in a cutting-edge environment. The primary responsibility will be to review, draft, advise, and negotiate complex customer-facing technology contracts. In addition, the position will be called upon to provide a variety of other general commercial legal services to the organization and its constituents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to interface with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and external customers. This position reports to Senior Managing Counsel.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
