About the Role:
The Senior Counsel, Corporate will join CrowdStrike’s corporate legal team and be responsible for managing all international corporate legal matters. As the Senior Counsel, Corporate you will assist in providing legal support for CrowdStrike’s internal reorganizations and entity rationalizations. You’ll help CrowdStrike achieve its international growth objectives and continued expansion into new countries through new entity formation and related operational readiness activities. You’ll ensure appropriate governance processes and local compliance for our international subsidiaries. You’ll support acquisition integration activities, various tax and treasury initiatives, and assist with a wide variety of other corporate matters. You’ll also manage the Corporate Paralegal responsible for foreign subsidiary compliance.
The role is remote-based and will report to the VP of Legal, Corporate.
This position is open to candidates remotely in the USA.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead M&A integration activities for the corporate legal team.
  • Drive and operationalize process improvements by working collaboratively across the legal team and with multiple departments.
  • Manage outside counsel and global subsidiary governance services provider on variety of international corporate matters, as needed.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of teams, including sales operations, human resources, tax, and accounting, on a range of issues to enable CrowdStrike’s international expansion, from entity formation through operational readiness.
  • Advise and assist on a broad range of other corporate matters as needed.
  • Partner with CrowdStrike’s tax, accounting, and treasury teams on internal subsidiary reorganizations, entity rationalizations, and capital planning projects.
  • Support tax team on inter-company agreements.
  • Oversee the corporate governance and maintenance of all foreign subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local governance requirements.
  • Manage a talented experienced corporate paralegal responsible for foreign subsidiary compliance activities.
What You’ll Need:
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience working with international corporate governance requirements in a wide variety of jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional and demonstrated organizational and project management skills, ideally related to internal reorganizations and international expansion.
  • Positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Resourceful self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging into challenging projects, big and small.
  • Team player who welcomes responsibility and thrives in an intense, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work varying hours to accommodate global workforce, as needed.
  • JD and bar admitted with 5-10 years’ relevant international experience at major law firm and/or in-house at a public company.

  • Experience working in a high-growth environment or in cybersecurity.
  • Prior experience managing legal professionals.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $140,000 - $210,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
