• Providing legal insight to help the Company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities；
• Managing the Company’s legal compliance and investigations processes by coordinating with relevant internal departments and liaising with external counsels；
• Working closely with legal, compliance, and policy teams based globally and coordinating with different business units.
• Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of regulatory, compliance and investigation matters globally (ex-China) , including: Supporting, managing, and advising on the Company’s general compliance matters and inquiries with regards to sanctions, FCPA, other regulations, and investigations；

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills；
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team；
• Prior experience in litigation and investigations; or working in a government regulatory body would be an advantage；
• Prior regional experience advising on various regulatory affairs (particularly in sanctions) in the technology field will be a plus；
• Keen interest and a good understanding of developments in the internet technology space and how it impacts the business is an asset；
• At least 5 years PQE (qualified in US, UK, or other comparable common law jurisdiction);
• Legal and regulatory compliance experience in-house or in law firms；
• Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently；
• Fluency in spoken and written English, excellent command of Mandarin is an advantage.

California
The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $132,000 to $242,000 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
