Business Systems Analyst Iii

Our Senior Solutions Department has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst or Business Systems Consultant, depending on skills and abilities. In this role, you will support our Direct Sales Center (DSC) with various projects and initiatives. This position will require strong analytical skills, collaboration, and attention to detail. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.
• Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Business Systems Analyst I: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Analyst II: $56,150 - $65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Analyst III: $65,000 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Consultant I: $72,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Consultant II: $82,500 - 110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Business Systems Consultant III: $94,500 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Business Systems Consultant III: $94,500 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Business Systems Analyst II: $56,150 - $65,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
• Business Systems Consultant I: $72,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
• Business Systems Consultant II: $82,500 - 110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• In this role, you'll be relied upon to help identify key measures of success through understanding primary metrics for the organization. You'll be asked to collect, organize, and present data in a way that's easy to comprehend at all levels. While much of the data can be sourced in Tableau, at times you'll use your Excel expertise to organize your findings and tell a cohesive story.
• Using your experience within the project realm, you'll help lead your project team by leveraging tools and techniques that work best given each stage of the project. From planning, business case development, and Cost Benefit Analysis, through requirements gathering and ultimately project delivery and measurements, this role will help support technology and business process improvement initiatives within the Direct Sales Center.
• This role will have the responsibility of sharing progress of the efforts you work on. This includes establishing clear lines of communication between vendors, leadership, as well as end users. You'll update stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of different initiatives on a regular cadence.

• Experience with project management processes and tools. Ability to organize and deliver tasks and/or projects timely.
• Understands and considers both the business and the technical processes and needs to meet/exceed the desired business objectives.
• Exposure to continuous process improvement/operational excellence practices.

• You are able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection, and are located in the United States or Puerto Rico

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK).
• Knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, related legislation, and business operation procedures and practices.
