Job Description
Position:
Business Systems Analyst III (Loss Mit)
:
SUMMARY
Documents technical and business requirements and translates them into solutions for Black Knight's Loss Mitigation Serves as a liaison between the product owners and the information technology organization from project inception through implementation to provide customer-centric solutions that solve business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates project artifacts as needed and conducts a variety of test cases to confirm the solution will meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders
  • Captures business needs and translates them into technical requirements including application integration points, technical design, and application flow storyboards that are then consumed by development and support teams
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Participates as a direct internal resource for questions pertaining to new application functionality before and during UAT and provides support as needed
  • Assists with the creation of release notes and implementation documentation
  • Conducts data mapping and root cause analysis
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Requires 6+ years of technical business analysis experience
  • Ability to present technical and non-technical information to any audience
  • Ability to write and design functional and technical business requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Understanding of API’s, integrations and data mapping
  • Familiarity with database structure with the ability to write queries
  • Ability to organize requirements by features and user stories creating a backlog to be used throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-volume environment
  • Mortgage servicing industry experience (Loss Mitigation)
Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range is $90,000 to $120,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
