The Business Systems Analyst will be the key contact for data reporting requests for both internal and external customers. This role will work cases and provide phone support for the different product groups in Global Program Care as needed. The tasks could include (but are not limited to) MI Products support and issue resolution (Primary), data analysis, OBT L1 support, PRDS maintenance, and PTC support. You may be required to intake client issues via phone or email, along with working cases via Salesforce. Flexibility with covering phone shift changes between business hours Monday-Friday 7am-7pm CDT.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing set of reports requested by internal and external users
  • Work in tandem with the team to ensure that the SLA’s are met on a consistent basis
  • Share new insights and developments with team members
  • With each inbound extract check/identify/report for compatible formats, missing data, anomalies, file type, date formats, number formats, invalid air, car, hotel codes, date range, duplication, no data procedures.
  • Effectively work and connect with all departments and heads within GBT (all its affiliates) & Vendor Partners to fulfill business requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Solving problems and investigate data related issues
  • Work with peers to develop better procedures, solve problems and investigate issues
  • Production of recurring and ad-hoc reporting
  • Maintain high level of quality and compliance scores
  • Experience in client facing analytics and\or MI product support
  • Coordinate with global operations teams/departments/offices to ensure data accuracy
  • Supporting work flow management procedures
  • Identify and drive operational efficiencies
  • Dedication to team goals and deadlines
  • Collaborate with all data sources to compile data flow and integrate into a single set of client data, establish reporting fields and form
  • Working with peers to develop better procedures and client offering solve problems and investigate issues
  • Maintaining encouraged productivity and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize and good time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgement
  • Applies sound logic and analytical reasoning to problem solving
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a high-performance team and promote a positive collaboration environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving & reconciliation skills
  • Solving problems and investigate data related issues
  • Ability to manage up and set expectations to manage work flow and encouraged ETA’s
  • Consultation and Liaison skills
  • Extensive Customer Service Skills
  • Experience in client facing analytics and\or MI product support
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to understand and effectively use technology via the web or GBT reporting tools
  • Displays a practical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Detailed knowledge of the Business Travel Industry
  • Good communication skills, understands and knows how to work well with co-workers
  • Effective communication skills, can clearly articulate key points and summarize information without getting over-involved in details

Location
United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
