Front Burner Marketing is a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner Agency offering outsourced strategic and tactical marketing support, along with digital marketing training to help train those who opt to manage their marketing efforts on their own. We help businesses implement and navigate the rapidly changing fields of marketing automation, inbound marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, brand optimization, web design, social media, pay-per-click, and now, artificial intelligence.
This role is designed for an energetic and engaged “roll-up-your-sleeves” contributor who actively searches for process improvements to enhance the client experience and internal company functionality. Candidates must possess a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility for their work while energetically collaborating for overall agency growth.

As a Senior Account Manager at Front Burner Marketing, you’ll develop in-depth knowledge of clients and their industries to create and execute a blend of strategic and tactical marketing tools suitable for their business. You’ll communicate with clients daily to meet or exceed established KPI goals. This will be accomplished by direct collaboration with a team that may include graphic designers, web developers, promotional vendors, and other category experts. You will analyze monthly results to provide insights to clients and take the initiative based upon your experience to make necessary strategic decisions based on these insights.
Auxiliary responsibilities include consistently searching for opportunities to improve client outcomes and demonstrate an understanding and eventual mastery of the technologies used to run client campaigns, including marketing automation software, content management systems, social media management platforms, and email solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management leadership - effectively manage workloads, timelines, and client-budgeted hours and expenses to meet deadlines and come in on budget.
- Active participation in agency meetings and communications.
- Research, outline, and write client content assets such as website copy, whitepapers, reports, and press releases.
- Continually uphold company values.
- Critically evaluate and edit delivered work such as landing pages, CTAs, blogs, etc.
- Committed attention to continuous learning through training including HubSpot, Artificial Intelligence, Sales and Marketing tools and tactics, etc.
- Provide consultation and advise team members from various marketing backgrounds and digital marketing experience.
- Assist with client social media posting, monitoring, management, and engagement.
- Consistently contribute to future-focused ideas to grow the agency.
Position Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident in scheduling and facilitating virtual meetings
- Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent marketing agency experience
- Strong social, research, writing, and editing skills
- 3+ years Marketing experience
- HubSpot experience is highly desirable
- Strong project management skills

Compensation Plan:
- Flexible schedule – some weekly in-office time required (fully remote candidates will NOT be considered)
- Health Insurance
- $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with knowledge and experience)
