- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies for assigned accounts
- Understand the business needs of key accounts and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Increase sales and maximize profit through proactive selling techniques, while building customer relationships in a professional manner and through solution-oriented communications
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
- Ensure that customers are offered complete solutions, including new machinery, spare parts, modernization, service, and training
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and develop strategies to capture those opportunities
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on the performance of assigned accounts
