Our team is composed of product managers, business analysts, UX designers, and full stack software engineers, working together to create elegant solutions to complex problems. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Discovery team and own the activation experience for our customers. In this role you’ll build products to engage potential buyers — to help them learn about our vehicles, test drive them, and decide which model and features are best for them.
What You’ll Do

• Establish a vision for your product: ship features big and small to solve real problems
• Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and change course as needed
• Define a product roadmap and drive execution in a highly agile environment and continually shifting priorities
• Pilot new ways for users to interact with Tesla, always keeping customer experience top of mind
• Communicate the impact of your team’s efforts widely in order to build consensus and drive outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical literacy or an interest in developing i
• B.S. degree required
• 2+ years product management experience in a consumer products company
• Experience with agile software development

Expected Compensation
$92,000 - $300,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
