The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing paid search campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and revenue. The role includes research, keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement tests to generate learnings and improve campaign performance
- Test and analyze new search formats and betas
- Develop best-in-class paid search campaigns to drive client goals within budget
- Manage paid search campaigns from end-to-end—keyword research, planning, strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization
- Identify areas for ongoing optimizations, such as bid adjustments, keyword expansion, and daypart adjustments
- Work with broader Media team to ensure search campaigns are effectively supporting overall client objectives and media strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with remote team members
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills
- Flexible and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines
- 2+ years of experience managing and executing paid search media campaigns across Google and Bing platforms
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge in all search platforms; planned and placed many paid search media buys more than ~$0.25 million
- Strong understanding of best practices across Google and Bing

For SF Bay Area / CA based: H/L offers projected salary range for a position as an estimate of what the company believes is a reasonable pay scale. The actual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on various factors, including the job's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's qualifications, budget availability within the department, internal pay equity, geographic location, and external market pay rates for similar positions. The salary range for this position is expected to be between $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
