Search Marketing Manager Jobs

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Paid Search Marketing Manager. As a Paid Search Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximize channel performance and drive ROI.

In this role, you will work closely with internal marketing and merchant teams as well

as our agency to gain an understanding of campaign-specific goals, targeting,

and budgets. You will analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns

are maximizing return on ad spend.

We are looking for someone who is a paid search expert, platform partner, and trend-spotter with a proven track record of bringing first-to-market paid search opportunities and testing new betas that align with business objectives.

You will drive paid search innovation within the team, identify and/or build tools to improve automation, and help drive overall business results.

In addition, you will liaise with platform/vendor partners to implement best practices across paid media tactics using our first-party data. You will seek and develop innovative testing ideas and strategies that leverage identified opportunities as well as changes in technology and consumer behavior.

The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of SEM best practices, tools, and technologies, with 3+ years of hands-on, in-platform paid search experience, with agency and Large DTC Ecommerce accounts experience.

You should also have experience working on enterprise-level SEM accounts with large budgets and be comfortable dealing with data and reporting.
