YOUR ROLE

We are hiring a Planner/Paid Search to join our Performance Media team. This role is focused on paid search and sits within our Performance Media team, which covers biddable media - Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic. This role collaborates with account planning and analytic teams, as well as having daily client contact.


  • Leadership: Mentor junior staff within the paid search team to help guide career development
  • Seeking 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in the strategy, execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in SEM
  • Analytical skills to interpret overall search performance and recommend optimizations to improve performance.
  • Additional experience with 3rd party digital ad tech or ad networks such as adservers, site side analytics, DMPs, PMDs and/or multi-touch attribution is a plus.
  • Ensuring best-in-class strategy and execution. You know how to communicate with clients verbally, and in written form and have strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working in Google Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360) or 3rd party management platforms and running a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping.


You’re diligent and disciplined and comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment. Most importantly, you’re truly passionate about advertising and enjoy both teaching and learning about the wonderful world of paid search and digital media.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Plan, coordinate.and administer numerous presentations for your managed accounts
  • Manage monthly and daily spend activity on your assigned clients (Six Figure Monthly Budgets Preferred – Minimum)
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting & analysis strategy Communicate key performance trends to your account lead and clients
  • Work closely with display and digital marketing teams on development and execution of integrated marketing plans
  • Create effective ad copy to produce optimal click through and conversion rates
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tight deadlines and challenges.
  • Lead regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal performance
  • 1.5 - 2+ years experience in paid search. Digital ad agency experience.
  • Ability to established relationships with vendors (Google & MSN representatives)
  • Supervise the everyday performance of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
  • Hands-on Keyboard’ experience in search management platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research to drive new areas of growth for your clients
