• Manage coordination between internal stakeholders, external customers and photo shoots.
• Attend line openings to review new season product and order new samples if prototype is incorrect.
• Check art graphics and sourcing matching/appropriate apparel to ensure correct samples are shot.
• Facilitate quarterly showroom breakdown after market in partnership with Global team.
• Communicate with vendors on a regular basis to ensure timely receipt of appropriate samples.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to develop solutions to any issues surrounding samples.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient sample storage system.

Manage seasonal collection of samples for Womenswear (RTW, Dress, Footwear, Accessories). (Approximately 1000 SKUS):

• After market partner with global merchandising team on breakdown of showrooms. Schedule time with design and merchandising teams to meet with the wholesale and digital asset coordinators.
• Review, tag and/or re-order samples needed to shoot for the season.
• Prior to sending to studio for storage and shooting. Pull samples for national advertising shoot for Wholesale rigs and styling items for campaign.
• Once samples are photographed they are returned to office to be stored and used as needed by accounts.
• Manage delivery and shipment of samples to/from RL corporate locations
• After sending samples to studio, manage request for product from Sales team, Marketing, PR and Advertising.
• Coordinate size-specific sample needs for photoshoots (Footwear, Special Sizes)

Wholesale Digital Operations (WDE)

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, responsible for handling multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines
• Pull samples for digital and online marketing for the WDE team
