Description:

Seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst for our team working on commercial and public sector initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

· Create, update, and clarify user stories for new business processes designed to meet requirements in support of Salesforce solutions

·Write user stories with an emphasis on simple, configurable, and effective solutions using configuration and custom code for both standard and custom objects, process builders, case assignment rules, queues and escalation rules

·Solicit, gather, and analyze user input and requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must understand and be capable of navigating both the Classic and Lightning user interfaces
• Highly detail-oriented well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be a naturalized U.S. Citizen
• Working Knowledge & application of Agile and iterative development methodologies
• Experience working with external clients
• Ability to obtain understanding and respond strategically to client needs.
• 1-3 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Software system implementation with customer support experience
• Ability to work and thrive as a member of a team made up of multiple subcontractors and prime contractor employees, led by the prime
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if needed

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Maintain Salesforce certifications and assign them to HigherEchelon; Seek to earn additional certifications for Salesforce
• Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator; Consultant level certification is preferred, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud
