Sales Team Manager (Relocate To New Zealand)

We are currently seeking for an experienced Team Manager to manage a team of B2B Sales Representatives working alongside with our tech partners. You will need to be open to relocate to New Zealand for this role*

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall performance & recruitment of your team.
• Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.
• Contribute to any cultural events planning.
• Manage, train and develop a team of B2B Sales Development Representatives.
• Work closely with the leadership team (EIMS and our partner's end) to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI.
• Manage and create any incentives for the team.

• The choice to work on up to 12 public holidays in a year. For instances where you have selected to work on any public holidays, you will be entitled for "Days in Lieu" + "A time and a half pay worked on that specific day"
• OTE package of up to NZ $125,000 pa (combination of base and bonuses)

**If/ Once successful, you will be required to complete your training remotely before moving to New Zealand. Relocation costs will be covered by EIMS.

To be successful, you will need

• 2+ years of directly leading teams of Lead generation/ B2B sales development reps or similar.
• Strong written & communications skills in English.
• Proven skills in Coaching, Training & Development a team.
