Sales Manager, Disney Vacation Club

As a Sales Manager, you will be the direct leader of a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Guides team at Saratoga Springs Resort. This role is responsible for developing, coaching Sales Guides on sales techniques, and enhancing operational efficiencies to move Guests through the sales process. The Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director.

You will:

• Develop Sales Guides, which include role-playing, shadowing, and reviewing phone calls identifying opportunities to improve sales capabilities while ensuring adherence to compliance and legal regulations
• Identify standard processes to emphasize continuous improvement and consistency in sales process and operations
• Effectively collaborate with various partners & stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Mentor, coach, motivate, empower, and train a high performing Sales team
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
• Provide Sales Guides day-to-day leadership and direction, motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
• Leverage technologies and tools to achieve sales targets

You will have:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced matrixed sales environment
• Prior performance management and goal-setting experience. Quickly identifying gaps within the team while developing action plans to enhance individual and team sales achievement
• Propensity to think strategically and tactically to achieve and exceed company and team initiatives
• Active Florida State Real Estate License
• 5 years of sales and guest service leadership experience
• Demonstrated solution-focused problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Direct involvement in day-to-day operations while also assisting with member and guest concerns
• Bilingual communication is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
