Role Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Empowered Solutions Solar. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the majority of work located in Florida and the ability to sell virtually in 30+ states. In this role, you will lead the sales team in the field. This includes door knocking/prospecting and closing customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales team of setters, managing sales activity, and staying consistent with closing customers.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop successful sales teams in the field
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales software tools
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, specifically in the solar industry or a related field
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainable practices
