Eastman Performance Films is part of Eastman’s Advanced Materials business segment. With 60 years of experience, Eastman is a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of window and paint protection films, with a portfolio of industry-leading professional and consumer brands and product lines, including LLumar®, Vista® by LLumar, FormulaOne® by LLumar, SunTek®, V-Kool™, Huper Optik™ and Gila®. Performance Films is currently searching for a Sales Representative to support the 4S business segment.

Location: Home office based in South Florida (Tampa/ Miami)

We are looking for an energetic seasoned Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and longer-term territory management, bringing in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
• Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms
• Develop and utilize territory management plan
• Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms, and other conditions
• Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell
• Engage effectively with SFDC and opportunity management process.
• Identify and cold-call prospects
• Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow ups; and other account related issues
• Handle a variety of prospect calls, internet leads, and convert them into sales
• Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team.
• Generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities
• Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience essential
• BS/BA in business related discipline preferred
• Experience with CRM and other sales systems and tools
• Traits: passion for selling, tenacious, Inquisitive
• Experience in the automotive industry highly desirable

• Home location can be anywhere in the greater Miami or Tampa area
