The TRG Growth Practice is seeking a motivated Director of Sales to join one of our leading Manufacturing Clients. (Remote Role - Must be in Oregon).

Our client has experienced numerous years of growth and are currently expanding their North American Footprint. This role will lead the day-to-day sales along with a team they will help coach and build.

This is an excellent opportunity for any Sales P&L Leader to come in and drive change for a well-established business with global reach. This role will make an immediate impact on the bottom line of our client, and will have upward mobility within the organization down the road.

We are seeking candidates with a proven background in Sales Team Leadership, with direct reports and cost center P&L responsibility. This role will lead an entire department, and direct line into the Business Unit VP. This role will get a ton of visibility, and with performance have a strong career path within the business.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• Strong Sense of Urgency & Natural Ability to Drive Metrics
• Ability to drive operational performance, and coach & build a world class team
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Sales Leadership role (Must Have Direct People Management & Accountability)
