We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Operations Analyst to join our sales team. In this role, you will support, enable, and drive our sales team to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. You will be responsible for our sales systems, ensuring they are updated and running correctly. You will support our sales leadership team on critical projects and be a force multiplier for the entire sales organization. You should be comfortable analyzing large data sets and transforming them into actionable insights for executive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
  • Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the
  • Drive improvements and enhancements in sales tools and processes within the sales organization
  • Managing and maintaining sales data in Salesforce, Tableau and other relevant CRM and BI tools
  • Partner with sales leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
  • Provide varying analyses as needed by sales operations, the sales team, and sales leadership
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the existing BI platforms
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business
  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics, sales operations, finance or comparative field
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and mathematical skills
  • Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get things done
  • Data modeling, analysis and visualization skills
  • BS Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision making and organization skills
  • Strong sense of pride and ownership with a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
  • Software/SaaS industry experience highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong analytics and structure problem-solving skills

We assess your specific job family, level, relevant skills, experience, location and other special trainings, experiences, or accomplishments you bring to the position. Pay decisions are also guided by our financial means as well as analyzed against what others earn internally. We strive to pay competitively and offer market differentiated benefits and perquisites in line with our compensation philosophy. Telesign’s good faith estimate for this position is $74,400 - $156,100 + bonus + benefits. This range is a reflection of many similar like positions and your actual compensation may not be at the high or low end of the range but will be based on your unique skills and other criteria mentioned.
