About the Role

As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you'll be responsible for tracking various measures of success and ensuring the data integrity of our sales tech stack. You'll have a direct connection to the success of Riskified as we expand into new markets and industries. You enjoy regularly analyzing the effectiveness of our processes and systems and finding ways to optimize outcomes. Additionally, you have a wide breadth of experience surrounding demand generation, whether it's marketing, business development, partnerships, or a combination thereof.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Stay abreast of competitor and market trends
  • Monitor and analyze results to show success through KPIs and quota achievement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Sales to ensure streamlined processes are implemented
  • Assist with the annual planning process
  • Maintain strong data hygiene within Salesforce in partnership with Revenue Operations, Sales and the CRM team
  • Continually innovate ways to optimize processes
  • Build strong relationships across a global, cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives

Qualifications

  • Ability to link strategy to clearly actionable initiatives
  • Experience working with cross functional teams in a high-growth enterprise software company
  • 2+ years sales operations and/or revenue operations experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Proven success partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement
  • Experience establishing an operating cadence and consistent reporting to support the needs of the business
  • A combination of technical credibility, effective communication skills, and an ability to focus on what matters most
  • Proven ability to make complex decisions when dealing with ambiguity
  • Vast knowledge of Salesforce (or other similar CRMs) and Tableau

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
