- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Tracking sales team metrics and KPIs
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Managing the day-to-day performance of Account Executives
- Working collaboratively with SDR/BDR, SE managers & Marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Coaching and providing ongoing skills assessments of your team
- Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients
- Recruiting top sales talent into the organization
- Ensure all new employees are properly on-boarded, ramped, and trained
- Manage team to ensure all accounts and opportunities are properly documented and updated in Salesforce
- Accurately Forecasting sales in your territory
- Able to be resourceful and motivate teams towards success
- Experience or desire to be part of a hyper-growth scale up business
- 5+ years experience managing high performing sales teams
- Exceptional ability to effectively communicate and influence
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Advantage -experience in the HR tech industry
- A proven record of exceeding sales targets
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales for SaaS organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
