Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst of Business Strategy & Operations to join the B2B Business Operations team at CLEAR, reporting into the Director of Business Operations. This team is integral to the success of the organization by helping to drive revenue, renewals and the productivity of the sales and partner growth teams.


What you'll do:


  • Assist with delivering trainings on all processes and best practices within the Salesforce Instance
  • Generation of dashboards and customized reports along with analysis of resulting data
  • Aid in curation and scalability of all supporting process and policy documentation with relation to all processes within the Salesforce Instance
  • Monitor all integrations with other systems (e.g., Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions based on the needs of the various teams
  • Work with the various teams in the B2B Organization including Sales, Business Development, Partner Growth, Solutions, Product and Legal to understand business requirements for processes which need to be implemented in our Salesforce Instance
  • Constantly reviewing current processes and configurations and suggesting improvements to continuously achieve sustainability
  • Monitor maintenance of data, mitigation of data issues and performance of ongoing Salesforce administration activities (accounts, profiles, roles, fields, layouts, data security)


How you'll measure success:


  • Data freshness and quality
  • The implementation of a scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Cross-functional dashboard and reporting utilization


What you're great at:


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification and CPQ Specialist Certification strongly preferred)
  • Experience with creation and management of User Roles, Profiles, Permissions, and Role Hierarchies, Public Groups, Security Controls, and Shared Settings
  • Experience with Salesforce reports/dashboards and workflow rules
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance
  • Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools
  • Proactive approach and strong communication skills (including written, presentation, and verbal)
  • 2-3+ combined years of experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Excellent partnering and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Lightning Components and in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.


The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
