Automotive Sales Leader Jobs

Has sales executive experience having met and/ or exceeding company sales targets

Relies on extensive experience and judgme nt to plan and accomplish goals

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Requires a ba chelor's degree with at least 10 y ears of experience in the field

Developing the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization

Planning and directing all aspects of the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives

A proven track record of success with 8+ years experience in Sales, including 2+ years of Sales management

A passion for building and scaling, and an interest in Real Estate (prior RE experience not required)

Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus

Backup forklift driver; will be required to operate a forklift (we will train if no previous experience).

Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Willing and able to ask for help as needed.

The team leader must understand and enforce all safety policies and procedures and allow zero tolerance for unsafe acts.

Understands and enforces plant rules and regulations as it pertains to employee conduct.

Supports all environmental initiatives and directives as it pertains to Production activities.

Has the ability to inspect an assembly, identify a defect, and determine the proper disposition of the assembly.
