Job Description

The F&A Sales Leader position is a key Business Development role within BPO Sales & Transformation team responsible for executing regional business development strategies to acquire and grow target clients across industries. Candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for TCS, expanding Service Footprint at New and existing customers. The candidate will leverage TCS’s entire portfolio of BPO Outsourcing services for targeted firms. The role works in collaboration with Market Business Development Unit, Market development and Solution sales teams as each unit plays a critical role in creating demand and capturing qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

· Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other business development goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

· Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms

· Work in close collaboration with TCS’ Market Unit, Market development and solution sales teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.

· Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.

· Support the team’s market research and competitive positioning analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing, and product development staff.

· Adhere to all TCS business development, human resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines.

· Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.

· Sales, New Business Development, Industry & Professional connections, Bid & Proposal Management, Deal Structuring, Contract Management.

· Experience selling to CFOs and Finance Organizations across Industry Segments, acquiring new clients (hunting), expanding existing Customers and selling Consulting, Digital Finance, Back Office Operations, GBS Restructuring to Finance & HR Organizations.

· Creates and qualifies new sales opportunities, identifies new customer needs/ business/ technology trends for potential offerings, closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing, actions as per the commitments given to clients to ensure Experience Certainty, designs the opportunity/bid win strategies, ensures delivery of value messaging through competitive sales messaging and takes responsibilities of large bids as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

· Demonstrable experience of large and strategic BPS deals in the recent past

· Ability to play at the highest CxO level and with business leadership

· Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing & digital services across industries

· Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition / expansion targets.
