Job Description

Job Position: Sales Operations Analyst


:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at TheRestedBaby. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking sales activities, monitoring the performance of our entry-level sales team, and calculating monthly compensation based on their sales achievements. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will also have a brief monthly meeting via Zoom with the founder and CFO to discuss sales performance and insights.

We are dedicated to helping families achieve restful nights and establish healthy sleep habits for their little ones. Our team of expert sleep consultants combines in-depth knowledge of pediatric sleep science with a compassionate approach to support families in their sleep journey. We believe that quality sleep is crucial for the well-being and development of both children and parents, and we are committed to empowering families to overcome sleep challenges.


Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, calls made, appointments booked, and deals closed.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of entry-level salespeople, tracking their sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

- Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to calculate monthly compensation and incentives for the sales team based on their sales achievements.

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present sales performance metrics and provide insights to the management team.

- Attend a monthly Zoom meeting with the founder and CFO to discuss sales performance, share insights, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

- Identify trends and patterns in sales data, highlighting areas of improvement or potential issues.

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM systems and sales tools.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and performance analysis.


Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and derive meaningful insights.

- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

- Familiarity with sales compensation structures and calculations is a plus.
