As the Sales Coach, Enterprise Sales Leadership you will be working with our Front Line Sales Leadership teams (Land and Expand) focused on the ongoing development of our valued leaders. You will partner closely with Senior and Executive leaders around strategic programs with measured success. This role will work with the front line leaders, recognize any trends, and relay recommendations on where there are thematic opportunities. The Sales Coach, Enterprise Sales Leadership will provide 1:1 coaching, small and large group training, and ensure key results are being hit. This role will play a major role in driving team, and org, effectiveness impacting company bottom line results.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose thematic gaps in skills and develop programs to address those gaps, and measure progress aligned to org OKR’s
  • Facilitate group training sessions where applicable
  • Work directly with our Front Line Sales Leaders to provide leadership coaching and skill building trainings
  • Advise senior stakeholders and see around corners to proactively guide direction of focus, and ensure front line leaders are equipped with the right skills
  • Connect regularly with internal stakeholders to assess performance, align on KPI’s, and report up any findings
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships across the GTM organization (including, but not limited to: Marketing, Sales Ops, Success, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistent execution across related initiatives.
  • Partner with the Training & Effectiveness team, and Senior Leaders, to develop key core competencies needed for leadership success
  • Be a trusted advisor to all levels of leadership providing insights from the field with a neutral perspective
What it takes to catch our eye:
  • Prior leadership experience in Enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and other related technologies to gather and interpret data
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up with measured milestones
  • Familiarity with change management techniques, leadership frameworks, and sales methodologies a plus
  • Desire to take initiative, comfortable in ambiguity, and thrives with change
  • History of engaging all levels of leaders, and partnering with cross functional groups to provide a collaborative approach
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, GROW, Blooms, and Situational Leadership
  • Previous leadership coaching experience
The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $104,000.00 - $145,000.00. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
