Job Title: Sales Professional Services Consultant
Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Professional Services Consultant who is passionate about digital legal practice management solutions and creating sustainable law practices. Our ideal candidate should be an entrepreneurial-minded professional who is driven, disciplined, and has strong interpersonal skills. At PrivyCounsel, we're looking for someone who is eager to work collaboratively with a team to achieve shared goals, while also able to work independently to drive new business and guide potential clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Professional Services Consultant, you will focus on marketing and generating new business for the PrivyCounsel platform subscription. You will also ensure that customers are getting the most out of PrivyCounsel's features and capabilities, and help customers accelerate their path to value with the PrivyCounsel platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building a sales pipeline and architecting our sales process
- Marketing and promoting PrivyCounsel service subscriptions
- Onboarding and training new clients and their staff on the PrivyCounsel online platform to increase adoption of the platform and streamline client workflows
Skill Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience with B2B SaaS
- A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven relationship management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, creative, and highly motivated
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven success driving change and improvements
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
