Our staffing agency represents a privately-held supply chain planning SaaS company that just raised $2 million in Seed funding from more than 20 well-known VC and Angel investors with deep supply chain expertise.
This 10-employee firm, which is led by a senior leadership team with decades of experience building and selling startups, is seeking a National Sales Director to close $100k to $250k+ ACV deals to Mid-Market manufacturing, food and beverage, CPG, and life sciences companies. This is a remote role, although you must live in a major North American metro area.

Role
* Individual contributor role, working from your home office.
* $125k to $150k base, commensurate with previous quota achievement. OTE is double your base.
* The OTE is realistic and achievable, and includes a ramp-up, a bounty for new logos, and accelerators.
* You will be the first salesperson in the organization, and you’ll implement your own sales process.
* We thrive in the Mid-Market space ($100 million to $2 billion in revenue), and we’ve landed three (3) paid customers with no formal sales team.
* 70% of the time, this innovative solution replaces Excel spreadsheets!
* You have a minimum of 3 years selling supply chain-related SaaS solutions to manufacturing, food and beverage, CPG, and/or life sciences companies.
* The best reps use a Challenger Sale approach to succeed; we are looking for creativity, resiliency, and drive.
* About 50% of your pipeline will come from inbounds (partners, marketing, C-Level connections).
* Helpful: formal training on some branded sales methodology (Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
