If you are a driven and experienced professional seeking a leadership role in a growing organization, we encourage you to apply for the position of Director of Professional Services. This position reports to the EVP of Professional Services and Support.


In this role, you will manage the North American consulting team, working with your team of global peers to achieve the company's near-term and long-term objectives and ensure organizational health and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining both customer and internal relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, can drive change, achieve departmental KPIs, and is a strong leader.


Job Responsibilities:


Team Management:


  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging individual growth and team success.
  • Partner with various teams around the organization, including Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Ops, to ensure resources are aligned with short- and long-term demand.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of 18 consultants located throughout North America.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality project delivery.


Pre and Post Sale:


  • Build executive relationships and act as the escalation point for project issues, work with the team to develop solutions to problems, and drive customer alignment.
  • Partner with the Director of Project Management Office to ensure all projects and deliverables are completed on-time and within budget, and at a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in services sales activities, including estimating, SOW creation, positioning and selling, change orders, and client negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure the team follows best practice implementation processes and identify opportunities to improve our methodologies and tools.


Process Improvement:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve communication channels, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Delivery Leaders to align around Global Process Consistency and delivering a consistent Best-in-Class Delivery experience
  • Achieve utilization goals and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.


Qualifications


  • Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies, project management frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering) is required.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.
  • Proven experience (at least 7+ years) running a profitable consulting or professional services team, in a growth SaaS company. Private Equity experience is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and client-oriented approach, with the ability to balance the employee, customer, and company needs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing growing, high-performing teams.
