You Will Be Responsible For The Following

As a Returns Clerk, you will process returns documents at our Beaumont, CA distribution center.

• Inspecting and reconciling quantities returned with that of the returns forms and documents.
• Adherence to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in handling returns.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
• Maintaining and managing a database of all product returns and exchanges.
• May fill in for receiving clerks in the warehouse.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.
• Verifying and inspecting all forms, reports and records relating to product returns.
