Kamstrup is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to spearhead planning and coordination of sales and marketing activities in North America. Working closely with peers in the sales and marketing organization and other key business stakeholders, to help develop the North America marketing plan, campaigns, programs, and other activities. Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing North America marketing plans, events, tradeshows, etc. and support lead/pipeline generation and awareness creation to ensure fulfilment of marketing objectives in North America. This role will collaborate and engage internal expert resources across the business, such as Sales, Marketing, Solution Management, Product/Market Management functions. This role is also supporting execution of strategies for effective production and implementation of traditional and digital sales and marketing efforts that enhances engagement and exposure, and that moves potential clients through the sales cycle.


Responsibilities


  • Give input to the North America marketing plans and co-develop campaigns, programs and product launches together with Head of Marketing and other marketing peers.
  • Support new product introductions in the region, working on product launch teams to ensure successful commercialization.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies selected by Marketing Leadership Team
  • Support delivery of press releases, case studies, white papers, social media content, and speaking proposals.
  • Support the sales organization by creating and executing demand and lead generation activities to ensure measurable lead and sales opportunity pipeline creation such as campaigns, content marketing and events.
  • Engage with the Sales, Marketing and Product Managers to drive strong sales engagement and utilization of customer-facing materials.
  • Execution support for sales and marketing tactics, such as advertising, customer events and exhibits, sales collateral, content marketing, promotional materials, web, and digital programming.
  • Apply various digital analytics and media tracking tools to generate reports on progress of work on digital sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on results and deliverables to Head of Marketing
  • Define KPI’s and monitor and evaluate the success of North America marketing activities.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the North American market and customers in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product/Market Management, and other local, key stakeholders.


Personal & Professional Qualifications, Competencies And Education


  • Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, and Content Management.
  • Working in a matrix management environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience with digital media and marketing practices with deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams.
  • Event coordination.
  • Strong project management/coordination skills with focus on execution of marketing activities and implementation of marketing programs.
  • Have experience working within solution oriented, high-tech firms.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications for Industrial B2B companies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative, and team-player attitudes and behaviors.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Analytical and process skills.
