We are hiring on behalf of a leading life sciences strategy consulting firm that partners with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
Your role as an Engagement Manager will involve managing and overseeing complex projects, ensuring their successful delivery, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position offers an opportunity to work on various projects such as market entry strategy, clinical trial design, product launch planning, and organizational design.
Moreover, you will be involved in developing and implementing innovative approaches to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality strategic advice and support. This will involve collaborating with our technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that are tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in recruiting and developing top talent, including conducting interviews, providing training and mentorship, and supporting staff development.
- Driving business growth, managing project teams, and mentoring junior staff.
- Participate in developing and implementing innovative approaches, working with technology teams to create tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Manage and execute projects from start to finish, including project scoping, research, and analysis, developing strategic recommendations, and overseeing project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in life sciences management consulting with a focus on medical affairs and/or market access
- PhD or MD
