Description:

Generating, validating, and consolidating standard reports for Category Line Review based on criteria provided by CLR Insights core team.

Reports will include item level attributes and performance, market and competitive category performance, customer category behavior and store clustering performance.

Consolidating reports in MS Power Point and Excel after generating using existing tools including Circana (IRI) Unify and other custom company applications leveraging Excel Templates.

Possibility to join meetings and present data to cross-functional partners.

Company has 50-60 categories in stores that are reviewed for strategy development and/or refinement annually. This review is accomplished through a structured process called Category Line Review or “CLR”.

Works in partnership with several cross functional teams to contribute category performance insights to inform strategy refinement.

CLR insights specifically contributes data on market and competitive performance and customer behavior.

Support standardized reporting that will be provided to the core CLR Insights team for interpretation to develop actionable recommendations to refine category strategy.

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant working experience

Understanding of retail KPI's (Sales, Profit, pricing, distribution, store clustering, sales transference).

Ability to review data quality and validate reporting accuracy.

Basic time and project management skills including ability to independently prioritize

Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Outlook, Teams

Teamwork/Communication skills
