Business Analyst Jobs

The Business Analyst will be identifying reporting gaps across multiple BUs and partnering with IT to deliver solutions to help make informed decisions. This position reports through Finance but requires a strong partnership across Finance, Business & IT. Responsible for requirement gathering, defining KPIs, identifying data sources, support data validation, analysis & visualization. In addition, this position will help roll out adoption of these solutions across BUs with hands on training using business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tasks and assignments cross functionally to deliver solutions timely and accurately.
• Design and optimize visualizations & processes using Power BI and Alteryx
• Empower & support others within the business to learn the technology & tools to develop & strengthen the analytics arm for Hussmann.
• Support and develop business operations and key metrics that helps strategic initiatives such as Store Connect & Aperion
• Support Branch Operations & AM Solutions by developing visualization tools that can help identify performance risks & opportunities across various hierarchies.
• Assist with Financial reporting models that can streamline customer & profitability analysis for Monthly Operating Reviews, GDP, contract renewals, commission payouts, Inventory utilization etc.
• Develop a pipeline for existing demand and collaborate with IT on prioritization efforts.
• Analyze business requirements and generate solution designs.
• Develop a training program and conduct virtual & On-site sessions for different teams on utilization & effectiveness of these tools.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of Business experience required.

Skills

• Experience in training & motivating others to onboard & utilize the solutions being delivered and influence change management & adoption across the business.
• Willingness to learn new technology and participate in technical discussions with IT or outside consultants
• Experience working with technology & tools such as Alteryx or Power BI
• Strong working relationship & Open communication with Business, Finance & IT
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Work in a team setting to improve oneself and coworkers.
• Analyze root causes and recommend ways to fix the issue.
