Lead workforce planning strategy by ensuring market down to store level is rostering using match to traffic data to optimize conversion.

Lead the road map planning of the Americas Retail Excellence strategy annually, seasonally, and quarterly.

Deliver hypercare by providing technical support and responding to inquiries from the Finance/Portfolio Managers, Regional Sales Managers and RNDC markets

Participate in the technical design, system administration, security, and business management of the sales performance and sales compensation applications and platforms.

The Merchandise Operations Business Analyst will manage the operation, maintenance, and support of defined business systems.

This role will support the business and administer the system(s) to drive efficiencies and appropriately leverage our Merchandise system capabilities.

They will determine and document various business requirements; provide/receive information and analysis from various business partners; and participate and support projects.
