Our client is looking for a Business Analyst

Hybrid: Riverwoods, IL

Job Overview:

• Perform Change Management activities for new initiates, include but not limited to update process flows, creating initial analysis documents, identifying and assessing controls etc.
• Coordinate with all the required teams to resolve elevated customer complaints. Any process gaps identified, should be resolved.
• Own and Manage Production Issues resolution and remediation and everything else spanning between opening of and incident and post install validations.
• Own Operational Readiness activities for new initiatives, include but not limited to creation of agent talk off points, procedures, huddle guides etc.
• Work through back log of identified requirements for monitoring reports and get the monitors in place.
• Run all control monitors and store the evidence in the shared folder for Risk teams to review.
