This position may be located in Des Moines, IA, Moline, IL, Olathe, KS, Cary NC per the hiring manager's discretion. This may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency.


Your Responsibilities


As a Business Analyst for the Aftermarket Planning Team within Aftermarket & Customer Support located in Urbandale, IA, you will:


  • Lead the Aftermarket Portfolio Process, maintaining and developing digital tools the aftermarket product managers use for tracking and reporting on portfolio growth projects
  • Drive consistent usage of the Aftermarket Portfolio Process and ECAP (Enterprise Customer Acquisition Process), providing coaching and insights to help stakeholders experience the value of leveraging flexible tools and processes to help them accomplish their work
  • Lead the discovery of opportunities and solutions for Lifecycle Services through understanding customer pain points and needs, assessment of the competitive landscape, and generating and activating insights from research

What Skills You Need


  • Ability to analyze, translate, and define customer requirements into solutions
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience in Project management and business planning
  • 4 or more years of experience with Marketing, enterprise customer acquisition, or customer support processes
  • Strong capabilities in analyzing and organizing data into clear insights
  • Demonstrated strong collaboration and effective communication and presentation skills


What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience gathering market data using research tools; applying statistical analysis principles/methodologies to make recommendations
  • Practical experience working in ECAP 1.0 and 2.0
  • Working knowledge in Tableau software for analytics and dashboard creation


Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Ag Studies, Math discipline or equivalent related work experience
